Chang-Zheng (Eric) Chen founded Achelois to develop cancer therapies that harness the body’s own T-cell “drugs” to treat advanced disease and prevent relapse. He leads the development of bespoke, patient-derived T-cell platforms designed to offer new solutions for patients with cancer. A former Stanford faculty member, Dr. Chen’s pioneering research spans miRNA biology, stem cells, and T-cell biology and has earned him honors including the NIH Director’s Pioneer Award and the W.M. Keck Distinguished Young Scholar Award. Through Achelois, he is committed to bringing new hope and meaningful treatment options to patients and their families.
